Our vision as an Adult Education and Discipleship TEAM is to lead adults and families into a life-transforming relationship with Jesus! This lifelong learning process is what we call "discipleship". Discipleship is a journey of growth, where each person moves from being a spectator of the gospel, to a seeker who crosses the line into faith and becomes a follower of the Lord. Through the process of growing as a student, steward, servant and sower, each person becomes a builder in the kingdom of God.

We are fully committed to serving your children in an environment that enhances the God-given uniqueness of each child. Our mission is to introduce every child God brings to us to the person of Christ Jesus through love, instruction, and the clear and frequent proclamation of the gospel.

The Compassion Ministries at CPC minister to the greater Body in large and small ways, especially in times of distress, isolation or crisis. Through the caring ministries of the Deacons, the Care TEAM, Stephen Ministers and others, we all strive to make certain that no hurting person escapes unnoticed or uncared for.  The blessing experienced by each of us who serve in one or more of these ministries can only be understood by the upside down world of the Kingdom of God.

As an outreach ministry of CPC, the preschool seeks to reach preschoolers and their families with the message that Jesus loves them. We accomplish this by providing a loving, nurturing environment using developmentally appropriate practices to develop the spiritual, cognitive, emotional, social and physical aspects of the children entrusted to our care. Furthermore, we extend a hand of friendship to the preschool families, encouraging and supporting them through life's challenges and joys. We show them the love of Jesus through our compassion and practical help, all to the glory of God.

We encourage and provide opportunities that support corporate worship of the congregation. Our ministers are gifted in music and arts, technical support and worship support ministries. From singing and playing musical instruments, to working with sound and lights, to greeting, setting up for communion or distributing worship service tapes or CDs, the Music & Arts Ministries teams lead in worship and support corporate worship at CPC.

The Missions Team is passionately encouraging, equipping and empowering the people of Community Presbyterian Church to serve Christ in local and global missions for short or long-term service. We expand our obedience to God when we respond to Jesus’ call to make disciples of all nations. We promote missions through prayerful financial partnerships and through sending teams of people from our church into the community and our world.

The time spent in middle school, high school and college can be some of life’s most difficult, life-changing and exciting years. We have an amazing opportunity to love and serve students who are experiencing incredible change. CPC Student Ministries exists to equip students to grow closer to Jesus, to magnify God with their lives, to discover their ministry gifts, to connect them with other believers, and to reach non-believers with the gospel.
