3.14 | Fellow Travelers Women’s Retreat | 9:00am-5:00pm | Camp Arnaz, Oak View
Life can feel like an unpredictable road — filled with both breathtaking views and weary miles. On this retreat, we’ll pause to remember that we are not walking it alone. Like the disciples on the road to Emmaus, we’ll explore where we’re coming from, notice how Jesus meets us right where we are, and discover how we are invited to move forward together in hope. Join us for this day of slowing down as we practice reflection, worship, learning, and being renewed in Jesus together.

Our Season of Giving focus this fall through winter has had us leaning into giving and serving with Operation Christmas Child (more than 1300 boxes packed and dozens of people serving). We filled a truck 3 times with gifts donated to the Ventura Community Christmas Shoppe and several people served in variety of way. We continue to collect coats, blankets, ponchos, hats, gloves, and socks for unhoused people, and many people have signed up to prepare meals if we are activated to help with the Winter Foul Weather Shelter any Sunday from now until the end of March. (You can still register to help here).

Escape to the mountains with us for a weekend away at a cabin in Frazier Park! It’s a chance to slow down, laugh hard, and build lasting memories with friends. We’ll relax among the pine trees, (hopefully!) play in the snow, and enjoy late-night games, good food, and meaningful conversations. Our theme this year is “May It Be So”, a deep dive into the Lord’s Prayer and what it means to say Amen with our whole lives. Together we’ll explore how Jesus’ prayer shapes our trust in God, our relationships with others, and our everyday rhythms. Scholarships available!
