Welcome to CPC Middle School!
Middle school is a time for big questions. Questions about identity, purpose, and belonging. We walk alongside students as they ask those questions, guiding and encouraging them as they discover who they are in Christ and where they fit in God’s story.
In a space welcoming to all, we combine fun and depth to help students feel known, build friendships, and grow in faith.
How We Gather
Middle School Group meets every week. Students can jump in at any time!
When? Wednesdays | Midweek Group (6:30–8:00 PM) Sundays | Second Service Gathering (10:30–11:30 AM)
Where? Community Presbyterian Church Ventura (1555 Poli St, Ventura, CA 93001)
Who? Middle School students (grades 6–8)
First Time? We ask that a parent/guardian fill out a Student Release Form before attending.

What to expect on Wednesday Nights
Fun & Games – We start with high-energy games and time to hang out with friends.
Worship & Teaching – Students spend time in worship and hear a short, relatable message guiding students to a deeper understanding of who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him.
Small Groups – Students meet in consistent groups with leaders to talk, ask questions, and build friendships.
A Safe Environment – Our team is made up of caring, background-checked leaders who are committed to creating a space where every student feels known and valued.
Middle School Hangouts
Hangouts are a chance for students to spend time together outside of Wednesday nights: building friendships & having fun. Join us for First Friday Nights Out - Once a month, we'll get out and have some fun! Join us on the first Friday of each month for a different hangout with friends. All events are 6:30–9PM.

September 4 | 6:30-9pm | Skating Plus - Lace up and hit the rink for a night of skating, music, and fun!
October 2 | 6:30-9pm | Golf N' Stuff - Arcade games, mini golf, and more!
November 6 | 6:30-9pm | Sky Zone - Bounce, play, and let all your energy out with friends for a night of high-flying fun!
December 4 | 6:30-9pm | Movie Night - Kick back, grab some popcorn, and enjoy a movie together!
