SERVE
Interested in serving? There are so many ways to get involved! At CPC, we believe being a part of a community means active participation. Jesus calls us to give of ourselves and serve others - and we offer many great ways to do that!
-
Are you excited to meet new people and welcome them into our CPC community? We would love to have you on our Welcome Team! Join a group of fun and friendly people to help greet, connect with new visitors, and create a culture of hospitality!
-
CPC has partnered with Food Share for years, allowing us to play an active role in reducing food insecurity in our city. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to serve our city by organizing and handing out food parcels. We have a wonderful team of dedicated volunteers and would love for you to join us!
Food Share happens every Thursday morning from 9-10:00am (no Food Share if there is a fifth Thursday in the month).

Do you enjoy interesting questions about life and faith, joy, a variety of activities, or holding babies? We have great opportunities to serve with kids in the nursery and the Kid Zone! Opportunities include:
- 2-4 times a month during one of our worship services in the nursery with babies, or with our preschool or elementary groups in the Kid Zone
- 1st & 3rd Wednesday evenings for Kids Club (3rd-5th grade)
- Help preparing for and serving during Kids Camp Week in the summer
-
Do you enjoy hanging out with Middle and High Schoolers? We have a wonderful group of students and are in need of loving leaders to be engaged in relational ministry on Wednesday evenings and/or co-leading a small group. We are looking for committed individuals who are excited about being a part of the lives of our students, and helping support and guide them as they learn and practice what it means to experience God’s love, participate in community & follow Christ! You will receive support and training! Time commitments to serve range from 2 hours twice a month to 3 hours a week.

CPC’s foundational choral group, the Choir participates in worship, monthly providing both classical and modern music. The Choir is open to all ages, including middle and high school students.

Do you love to cook? The Meal Train is a group of volunteers who are on stand-by to provide a meal to those in our church family who are going through a challenging time (surgery, new baby, severe illness, etc.) The meal doesn't have to be fancy or even home cooked! When someone is in need a link will be sent, and you may sign up for any of the dates you are able and willing to provide a meal for.
