We’re on an exciting adventure in West Africa to create a healthy environment for children and adults so that they can learn and thrive in all dimensions of their lives: mental, social, physical and spiritual. It is our faith that compels us to love God and serve others. And so we work with government and community leaders as well as local pastors in Sierra Leone who are committed to promoting the growth of students and their families in all four dimensions. Our role is to assist these in-country leaders with the work they have already begun.

We are overjoyed to celebrate the opening of our most recent school in Rokel Village, Sierra Leone. This building will house a vocational school for the women and classrooms for kindergarten through middle school. We are now raising funds to help furnish the school with desks, sewing machines, lab equipment, school supplies, and more.
We are also so excited to partner with CLEAN International and Gravity Water to prove clean water to the community. They have helped drill a well on the school’s campus that will provide safe and clean water to the school, as well as the surrounding community.

The Godwin Vocational Training Center for women in West Africa continues to grow. We are grateful to have raised the funds to complete a new facility in Rokel Village.
What is even more exciting is the impact this faith-based educational institution is having on the lives of young women who are being given a second chance at life as they learn skills that offer the hope of becoming self-sufficient and productive members of their communities. And, along with it, the hope that there is a God who loves them and who sent His son, Jesus, to redeem their lives.
