https://bibleproject.com is an amazing resource with short videos on all kinds of topics as well as Bible studies. All of these can be a great resource for individuals and small groups.
Christianity Explored is an excellent resource similar to Alpha, providing a great introduction to Christianity. They are making their resources free online for a limited time.
